Jim Marshall was one of the greatest rock photographers who ever lived, and this month a new book, The Rolling Stones, 1972 (released by Chronicle Books on July 25) and two exhibits, at the Steven Kasher Gallery in NYC (runs through September 8) and the Experience Music Project Museum in Seattle (runs through January 16), will showcase never-before-seen photographs he took of the Rolling Stones' legendary 1972 tour.
