Supervisor Scott Wiener will be on hand tonight at the San Francisco Art Exchange (SFAE) tonight to present a Proclamation of "Jim Marshall Day" to Amelia Davis, the owner of the vast photography archive of San Francisco legend and photographer Jim Marshall.
